About

Ms. Shelburne joined Integro Advisers in June 2024 as a Senior Consultant to oversee domestic and international investigations for the firm’s clients. With over 33 years of private and public sector experience, Ms. Shelburne is one of the leading experts in the field of investigative due diligence.

She began her career at Kroll in New York and eventually ran the Business Intelligence Services practice at Deloitte in Los Angeles. In 2009, she was hired into the US Intelligence Community (USIC) to institutionalize and lead a robust investigative due diligence program, which is now leveraged across several USIC entities.

Given her international background and fluency in French and Spanish, she has traveled all over the globe, working on complex assignments ranging from asset investigations, fraud, foreign corruption, and anti-money laundering investigations, to more recently, providing critical insight and support to policy makers in support of U.S. foreign policy activities and operations.

Ms. Shelburne is a believer in the servant leadership philosophy and as such is often leveraged to teach, build, and run teams of investigators and due diligence professionals. That said, because she is passionate about staying abreast of investigative resources, she also maintains a high degree of proficiency in conducting deep investigative research. Given the FCRA and other privacy requirements involved in investigations, she recently obtained her CIPP/US certification which she hopes to leverage with potential clients looking to shore up their privacy programs.

Ms. Shelburne holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California-Berkeley, and a Master of International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona. She is currently based in Los Angeles, California.
